Despite the peaceful environment and beautiful scenery, Loieda is a volatile region, and many small island nations are host to multiple coups and armed uprisings each year. The largest nation in the region, The Empire of Londonum has deployed many peacekeepers throughout the region and taken many of the surrounding islands as colonies.

For the time being the threat of this violent rage, or more accurately of the ever ready Londonum Imperial Armed Forces has been enough to suppress the colonies and maintain a relative peace within the region, but with new island chains unifying and becoming more independent, will military might alone be enough to stop a new regional order from rising up to challenge the old Empire?
