Let's make a communist anarchy. So the human's natural desire for power leads him to use force for it, and that's allowed, because there's no state to control them.
Communism's ideas are retarded, and they never will get out of the paper.

Capitalism Uber Alles.

A juridical system could be in place without a state. There would be laws, justice, but no state. It's of course not pure anarchy.
Communist ideas are not retarded. They are just hard to realize. Especially since not everyone agrees on them.

What is your definition of a state? Does it have to have taxes to be a state? Wouldn't your judicial system eventually build a military large enough to declare itself a state? Or would you have PRIVATE militaries?

No, I never said that.
Don't misinterpret what I type.

Miencraft wrote: They'd go see another doctor.

Yes and repair bots can also repair other repair bots.

Miencraft wrote:Now, why you can't do that with robots is because there are too many variables to account for that could possibly malfunction. You can't code a thing to consider every possible error, so the only alternative is to get a human who can actively think about what the problem is and how to fix it, rather than simply looking at the issue and trying a few simple procedures to fix an error that isn't actually there.

You are thinking of current day robots, dumb AIs, not general AIs.
Also doctors will soon be replaced, for example IBM's Watson.

Technological advances come from things becoming cheaper to make, it is already out there.

You obviously didn't watch the entire video.

How about we go with a porcupine, the symbol of libertarianism? Worked for me.

No, a people's militia.

Agreed, no one should force their beliefs or ideologies on each other :)

That sounds about right.

To add on, a capitalist society has no qualms with communes in which communists could run themselves. I'm sure the same could exist in communist societies, however.

A governing body that controls it's members and their actions. Might not be the correct definition though, so enlighten me if I'm wrong. And no, taxes are not necessary for it to be a state.

Why would a bunch of appointed judges want a military? Well they could have lot's of reasons... But they don't need a military. Why are we now talking about a military? I wasn't talking about a juridical system taking over the role of state.

Let me clarify myself:

- No state, no military, no police, no nothing that is connected to the state.
- Local judges appointed by the people who live in population center.
- You can ask the judges for help if you feel you've been wronged by someone.

Also private militaries is a dumb idea. Look at south-america.

Also, you'd need a state to keep that much order on such a large scale, and even it would fail.

That is not the fault of communism.

Guys, our policy on enemy combatants and trolls has not changed. We are not a bulletin board for our adversaries.

Rather annoying that we still have adversaries, but what are you going to do?

Anyway, I've handled the rest of the cleanup for Liberosia. Time to move on and see what we have for the flag competition so far:

Can I petition for no flag?

Muh roads wrote:Can I petition for no flag?

As in... no flag at all? Not the old one nor any of the proposals?

Question: What is going on with the flags and why don't I already know?

You could have specialised robots that could repair each other, humans in the future will be completely replaceable.
There will be plenty being produced.
So what will drive capitalism without consumers as almost no one will have a job?

Robots can't even fold a napkin. This idea of self repairing robots so far seems far fetched.

>So what will drive capitalism without consumers as almost no one will have a job?

Wait, so we can't all be computer programmers? Or are the robots going to program the robots too? Holy sh!t, it's robots taking over the world.

In actuality, I don't really care about what might happen in 200 years time. We may still have a market, or we may have all our needs satisfied by robots. Either way, advocating any sort of central planning to achieve this is silly, particularly when almost all advancements in the technological sector in the last 20 years have been market driven.

It seems that most communists which aren't Stalinists advocating for an edgy revolution are mere political bums waiting around for technology to advance while advocating policies that do the opposite...

So Kritarchy?

Mmm, loving that ancient Jewish law, are you. If the bible tells us anything, Kritarchy is a bad idea.

Yep =)

Don't really like any of the flag proposals. I think Nova's is the best, although I would change the phoenix? to gold (as it is hard to see on the blue field) and get rid of the fake wave.

Similarly, a gold torch on the same blue colored field I'd like the best, however I think torches are a bit overdone, especially since REATO already has the same design. Personally, I prefer a gadsden snake, as it epitomizes the pinnacle of the non-aggression principle, while preserving a bit of rebellious military flair.
