Leningrad will no longer be used by Nazis to glorify the Nazi siege of Leningrad and besmirch the memories of the victims of that siege.
The Red Fleet dedicates the freeing of Leningrad to the victims of the seige of Leningrad, and those who sought to lift it, and will ensure this region is a fitting memorial to them and their memory.
