I am an emissary of the Machiavelli Holdings LLD. I am here to negotiate a deal with your region on the insistence of Realist Polities. I am conveying the message of our chairman below:

Denizens of Westphalia:

Machiavelli Holdings LLD is a multinational conglomerate formerly based in Zurich, but has recently moved to Rangoon Street due to the increased regulation of banking in Switzerland. Our corporation includes Machiavelli Heavy Industries, Machiavelli Mercenary Organization, Machiavelli Armament Company, and recently Florentine Institute for Biomedical Research. We are the biggest industrial conglomerate in the Far East and also the best mercenary organization in the world.

We come here to offer a business proposal to the League of Westphalia. We can provide ships, weapons, therapeutics, and other technology along with mercenary services. Our Special Intelligence Division is the best spy organization in the world.

We ask for a long term business contract with the League of Westphalia according to which all nations of the League will be given a 15% discount on all products and services availed from Machiavelli Holdings. We also propose "friendship" with this region and request that our emissary be permitted to stay here and open an office for all dealings in your region.

Rangoon Street is also home to a number of other organizations offering services ranging from banking to shipping to narcotics. I have requested the de facto leader of RS, Tai Pan Katsumata to send his embassy here to discuss further business with Rangoon Street. He should be here shortly.

A lesser known feature of the banks here at Rs is that, since all money is welcome, deposits are automatically checked and laundered if necessary. The cost of this service is fixed at 0.5% for deposits under 10 million and free for anything more. The Banks accommodate just about every client request that does not infringe upon another client. The Banks also have the highest standards of secrecy and privacy in the world.

The Stock Exchange
RS is home to the Rangoon Stock exchange where fortunes are made and lost faster and in greater numbers than Vegas. All public companies automatically trade in the Stock exchange.

RS is home to many organizations providing every product and service imaginable. Some notable categories include, Information, Technology, Diplomatic, Political, Security, Financial and so on.

Final notes.
As mentioned before, Rangoon street has no rules or regulations. Only Honor and Face keep this place from plunging into disorder. We are after all civilized rational people. The usual unspoken rules regarding conduct and etiquette do apply however.

Here at Rangoon Street we do not care about race, religion, political ideology the like. Everyone is welcome. That strange smell that greets your nostrils in the smell of money.
