Judicial Assessment Act
Author: Fortified Walls
Preamble
To protect the fairness and balance of Justice in the League of Tides, the Supreme Court shall undergo redress from Congress with the power to evaluate the Court’s work load, regional population and other factors to determine the number of its active Justices.
This bill will add a passage to Article 2, Section 1a of the Constitution:
-The total number of active Justices shall be determined by the House of Tides with unanimous consent.
Fortified Walls gave this motion to be voted on if the bill passes:
Motion to redefine the Court of Tides as having one Chief Justice and two Associate Justices.

Congressional Election Update:
Our next Congressional Election will be held Friday, June 1st!
Please contact me no later than Tuesday, May 29th to have your name added to the ballot. Remember to include your party affiliation. Campaigning may be begin at any time. Each party will be allowed a maximum of two candidates; Independents will not be limited.
We will conduct this election as any other multi-seat election in the League of Tides. For our new members:
Voters will be asked to place each candidate in order from their "favorite" to "least favorite".
Example: If three candidates, 1(Favorite) - 3(Least Favorite).
Points are assigned to each position and tallied at the end.
Example: If three candidates, 1=3pts, 2=2pts, 3=3pts.

The Judicial Assessment Act is passed by congress (2-1).
I'm was asked not give the bill over to the Court until Congressman Fortified Walls and Sentinel Tides make a statement.
