Hello there, it appears as if this region has died down. I'd like to kick start it again.
I see you have no founder which makes very important to have a delegate. I'd like to take that position.
Hello Everyone.
I would like to run for Delegate so I can implement reforms to this region to make it more active. Of course, I would certainly give you the opportunity to run with the reforms I would put in place, I'm not a dictator. This is what I would do:
For one thing, I will make this region more active. I give you that Iron-clad guarantee. I will increase relations with foreign regions. Especially defender regions like 10000 Islands and the FRA. I will get relations with founderless regions. We cover their back, they cover ours.
I will bring in new nations to make this region a powerhouse and something to rival the big regions. We won't be taken as a region with no influence. I will introduce new positions to the region (Vice Delegate, Minister for Recruitment, Minister for Foreign Relations, Minister for Regional Promotions, Minister for Regional Spirit, Minister for Regional Justice etc). Of course, until we get an active region. These responsibilities will fall under the Delegate.
I will bring in a new system of government where the founder is the supreme ruler and is like the head of state. Sign off new regional laws etc and has a guaranteed seat on the executive. Should the founder Cease to Exist, a nation will be appointed to that position by the delegate. I will make this region into a democratic region where elections take place. I will introduce a constitution for the region. I will create an offsite forum where regional nations can communicate and elections and all the important things of the region takes place. This has the added advantage that we won't have to put "important" or "confidential" things on the Civil Headquarters.
I will listen to the region and work with the region and ensure that elections take place periodically. I do hope you consider giving me your endorsement.
For any concerns I am a raider, I can tell you I am not as I have been building up regions since I started in the game.
