So... Um... After some rather strange events, and a state coup... Stasen's government is currently in an exile, trying to regain control of the nation. The Emperor and the parliament is safe in the Statish exclave of Nidelzburg.
The UCS pledges financial, diplomatic, and military support if needed. ICLE personnel have been dispatched to the CRS banks and international airports in your nation. Our embassy will be evacuated under the cover of darkness tonight
That's quite a thing to state in public, but I guess I'll join in. The Provincian Department of State is currently negotiating with the coup government to allow embassy personnel and willing Provincian citizens to be evacuated.
The Cascadian government would like to over to hold negotiations between Statsen and the coup government in order to don a peaceful solution
We are still trying to find out the reason for the coup, but we know that our current government has the popular support. We will continue to evacuate foreigners and try to come to reason with the coup governmemt.

Eh. I'm in question as to the apocalypse occurring anytime soon. The world has seen much worse, whether it be the Holocaust, World Wars, Armenian Genocide, or the Spanish Influenza (and all these together within a period of fifty years!). But I suppose there are multiple sides to every story.
It's more to say it could happen at anytime that Christ come back. Things won't get bad, like Revalation bad, until after the rapture. Then... Well just read Revalation. And I'd suggest consulting several different people and pastors as to what the metaphors mean, if you want to know. The Christians will watch from Heaven. And I have a feeling that the ones that actually read their Bible will go "Ohhhhhhh! That's what that meant"
Meh, I doubt that we'll get an apocalypse any time soon. People have been saying that since forever, and look how that turned out. We ought to just think about what's going on at the moment, and try to sort out the problems of today before trying to anticipate the end of everything.
