Nope, it's your discretion, it's just a fresh start would (in my opinion) do the region some good.
I submitted a proposal to repeal a World Assembly resolution from 2009, "Right to Privacy". Right to Privacy was a well intended resolution, but there are some very major flaws with its structure. Primarily, the resolution defines privacy, but does not require nations to respect it or grant a right to privacy. So in other words, Right to Privacy, does not give anyone the right to privacy. In fact, the resolution only has two requirements for members to follow in the whole resolution, one of which bans covert information gathering about citizens, but then adds "unless authorized by law" which amounts to "you're forbidden to do X unless you decide to do X."
Due to the fundamental problems, Right to Privacy needs to be struck out so we can replace it with a more functional resolution. I've drafted my own replacement (Protecting Privacy) which I will submit should this repeal succeed. The link to the draft thread on the NS Forums for the replacement is: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=169915
Please approve my proposal so that we can replace Right to Privacy with a more effective resolution.
