Pantorrum is a very outspoken and overtly gregarious nation that has moved regions over and over. He became a part of Kennan, and was ejected via regional vote in an incident I'll elaborate on later.

One day, the nation of Nehkeb moved here from a region called the Grand Coalition (now the United Coalition, whom we're good friends with to date). We eventually revealed he was running from a nation called Pantorrum, a nation from the Grand Coalition. Because Pantorrum realized he left, he threw a fit and declared war on our region.

Kennan has a policy in which an unprovoked attack on a member of the community is an attack on the region. We thought he was going to attack our region, so every nation in Kennan defended Nehkeb. We almost went to the extent that if he did not stop harassing us, we would raid the Grand Coalition and destroy it. Pantorrum calmed down eventually, and the Grand Coalition kicked him out shortly after, as this was the final straw for them. (He had done multiple things before, but according to them, pissing off Kennan took the cake.)

He asked to be moved to Kennan, and sympathetically, we let him in. He and Ethan Foley/Vinco became instant enemies right off the bat. When we did IC relations and role plays, he would godmod the bejesus out of every single one, using every event possible to piss off Ethan Foley. We were losing our patience, but it came to a head when the incident happened.

Pantorrum managed to find personal details about me and a few other nations, such as names, home addresses and residences, and even what some of us looked like. He and a nation called Daharah harassed us with the information until we ejected Pantorrum immediately. Long story short, we invited him back out of pity.

He continued his old ways until Samukan found that Pantorrum and his two follower nations, Daharah and Pallum, utilized the same IP address to corrupt the votes in his favor for resolutions, and even elections on the offsite forums. He and his cohorts were ejected for this crime itself. We still don't know if Daharah and Pallum are actual people or puppets.

He finally founded his own region, United Territories of North America . Sandwich and I have made amends with Pantorrum, but he still hates Ethan Foley/Vinco to this day. The original region he came from, the Grand Coalition, reformed into The United Coalition . And as stated above, we're still closely allied regions.

Now; the oracle of truth is supposedly the nation of Nehkeb trying to kill us because we let Pantorrum into Kennan. Nehkeb was trying to get away from Pantorrum in the first place, so he wants revenge on us. We don't know if Pantorrum and Nehkeb are separate entities, or if Pantorrum controls this rogue nation.

All in all, Pantorrum is pretty intertwined in our regional history.
