I'm not saying we need, like, 100 people. 5 OR 6 could be enough.

We could send telegraphs about the region, you know, recruitment ones.
I wouldn't want to be spamming....
Just one to each. Not a bazillion to just one guy, and besides, you have to wait 5 minute integers before you can send another. If it doesn't work very well, on the other hand, I have some friends that I could get to play the game. I could direct them to this region to up the population.
I just found out that that we, as a region, can only send one recruitment telegram to a single nation once.
Also, we can only send recruitment telegrams to nations in the following regions:
The Pacific,The North Pacific,The South Pacific,The East Pacific,The West Pacific,The Rejected Realms,Lazarus,Balder,Osiris,Warzone Africa,Warzone Airspace,Warzone Asia,Warzone Australia,Warzone Europe,and Warzone Sandbox. These are the original game created regions.
I would also advise that we create a thread that publicides the Isle of Libertas.
