Greetings, fellow nations. The first INM meeting is now in session.
Representative George Berkley from the Republic of Mason:
As you may have come to realize in recent events, the world has taken a change for the better. It is time for the weak and the strong to survive together. Eagania has taken over the borders to the north of us. They move closer to our position every day, and they are using our neighboring nation to do their dirty deeds. Eastview is moving up from the south, and we fear that they will overrun our borders for a stable position against Eagania. So far, we and Eastview have maintained a neutrality - but no longer can they be trusted. Our recent assaults on Eagania have damaged a few critical elements, and made way for an allied base in the forests. From here, we can position a strike force large enough to bring down all of Eagania. But it won't be easy; Blackhawkia is rising once more, and it seems the efforts of our soldiers were in vain. Nevertheless, our three bases stationed in and around Blackhawkia will be used as international INM bases. 400 miles to our North, our colony of the Nordic Poles is working on a vast assault fleet, mostly destroyed during the BHMS War. A few frigates remain, but in battered shape. Within the next month, we will be doubling our military forces. The time has come to stand.

Here are the basic principles of our league of nations:
Civil Rights must be above 50.
Political Freedoms must be above 80.
Economies do not matter.
Once a part of our league, you may not declare war on a fellow nation unless it has severely violated the terms of the Alliance of Minnesota:
-Willingly refused to comply with demands set upon by 3/4 of the assembly to the point of aggression
-Lacks support during times of war.
-Supports or deals with large, oppressive nations such as Eagania, Eastview, and Lakeville (but is not limited to these nations)
-Threatens to attack another nation in this alliance with imminent intent to do so.
If you are associated with the World Assembly, these rules may be expanded to allow a larger gap of Civil Rights and Political Freedoms.
