The Matthew Islands is currently in the grip of a deadly fever.

Haishan wrote:Well if I can get my hands on it, and after several tens of RP post, I think I can figure out a wonky 'cure' of some sort. Infact, my planned post for Moving Never Easy RP will detail a Haize attempt to make a proto-vaccine for the Varathron Blood Fever but obviously it won't work initially.

I've not really been given much information OOC'ly on Varathon Blood Fever but as the city of Maldon is currently under strict quarantine due to the infection i'm sure that the Malgravean government would be pleased to share research notes and cooperate with the Haize on a vaccine..

You didn't disappoint.

o_0 that's pretty good Lyras. What about an entire map of GD?

Missing Lamonian intelligence ships that i'd have out to monitor things, electronically speaking.

Not something that would go onto a combatant map, given that you and I are most decidedly not at war.

I know, but it would be interesting.

In my case, the Haize will actually go direct to the source. I do have a colony on Varathron after all. :D

Unless of course, Imbrinium changes the pathogen properties before he used it on your State, Malgrave.

......ooooo..... ouch time.

That is the idea, aye.

I'll admit the situation is grim and that I was now going to discuss things with your Diplomatic Corps; at the end of the day, the limited use of the Titan has ultimately failed to destroy or damage the OTH capabilities of the 3rd Armada. There is such thing as unacceptable losses. But I have one or two ideas for some cheap shots back. Nothing substantial at this stage.

Fun though :D Everyone raise your hands if you've got the balls to fight Lyras...

Wait?

Only me?

Yeah, that's right peeps... only me. [/smugness]

Don't know about that, Stevid. Fighting Lyras seems to be in Mac's long-term interests.

I'll lose looooong before then.

That you will, yes.

I'm planning to arm you with some...Khan copies...

He's going after me in Istegium thread yanno. And I'm going to attack his Damocles Constellation. So it's not just bells and whistles. Lyras will regret attacking Haishan however. There's a reason why I claimed Haishan is an expert in electromagnetics. :P

Istegium, I really need to RP a large diplomatic footprint in there. I did promise I would.

What do you mean? Everything is fine in Istegium, nothing to worry about.

All is well in Istegium, mostly because people like working infrastructure. If you would like you could establish a consulate in my piece of Istegium.

Haishan losing, that's something I have to worry about (I've heard there's war going on or something). But on a more OOC point I have overlooked the conflict there in favour of my own problems, but Imb's recent attack on Haishan's satellites is tantamount to an attack on a neutral party... maybe. I need to put my "investigative hat" on and carefully read through the thread for good material for future negotiations. The one thing the Holy Empire has left in order to damage nations in GD is diplomatic clout and thuggery.

The Macabees

Am I right in thinking that in June next year it will be 10 years since the Second War of Golden Succession?

Bought an 1811 edition of Milton's Paradise Lost for 10 euros. I feel kinda awesome today.
