I'm assuming you're referring to apartheid in my case. Only reason I started that was because I used to get teased for being too much of a protagonist nation. So...I adopted apartheid and restructured Wanderjar to be much, much darker. The monarchy still exists, it just doesn't play a big role except when it suits a plot device.
Speaking of this, once I get everything set up, you can count the Qoryx Naval Guard in taking on this threat to Qoryxan life, although not in conjuction with very many nations. I'll have to figure out with everyone how I interact with you all as I'm playing this nation ICly as very xenophobic and distrusting of "Ausländer" or "foreigners."

Wanderjar's only committed genocide once, against Hataria, though we didn't completely wipe out the population, only most of it. After he got permabanned and my desire to colonize it got revoked, I continued to assume that it was a territory of my Commonwealth that I couldn't do anything with. Now that I'm structuring my Commonwealth proper, I made 'Hatria' to represent that territory while not offending the Mods :p
If you're so xenophobic, would you shoot anyone you came across? What if it is a Lyran destroyer? Better be closet rascist ICly than full blown xenophobia as the latter is a quick way to make many enemies. You have good examples IRL, like Japan. Certain parts of Japan society do look down on foreigners somehow.
