Socialism and Fascism are on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

Also, the word Socialism suffers in the US because most people in the US can't even be arsed to look up how Socialism and Communism are different (and they are).

I once read somewhere that the major difference between fascism and communism/socialism were mainly different along how they viewed the proletariat struggle. The "left" wingers tended to view it as an internecine struggle while fascist saw it more as a national, proletariat countries versus bourgeois countries. Which I thought was pretty cool on Fascism's part, but I can't remember where I read that from :/

For any monetary systems where notes are still redeemable in gold, it might make sense.

I'm toying with the idea of digital currency but I'm no economist.

it appears the name Starbucks (a certain overpriced kaffeehaus) comes from the character Mr Starbuck in Melville's Mobydick. I never knew that until recently.

When I hear the word "Starbuck" I immediately think of the character from Battlestar Galactica. Good show.

Male or female?

Well the female one, I have seen a bit of the old one, but didn't really resonate with me. Though the theme is amazing.

Best brew is own brew. I don't have an espresso machine but considering one.

I think Costa or Pret-a-Branle is better than Starbu.cx to be honest
