Sorry for not responding for ages - I sort of lost my enthusiasm for this project for a while, and just kept forgetting about it/procrastinating.
I'm back now, but what sort of thing you fellows actually want to do? Do you want to forgo the regional government thing and just roleplay?
I got to take some joy in knowing that even taking fourth place for stupidest citizens, my country is still smarter than AH.com.
