I am working on a reformation of the region as we speak but I need a provisional government in place in order to carry out certain objects such as writing a new regional consitution for the Global Powers insted of having a president like we did in the past and since the Federation of Sovereign States took over a pervious form of regional government I have decide to use the position as Chancellor as the new head of the region.

Yes I moved my main nation (The Last Imperial Commonwealth of North african empire) out Belfast but I am still here within the Global Powers please if you would like to help me get this region restarted I will listening to any suggestions you may have about getting this region rebooted and up running.
Clearly, we need more active members. Thats first and the most important thing for an active region.
