Government Reorganization Act
Section 1. 30 days after the approval of this act, the Opal currency and the Global Central Bank will be dissolved. The regional accounts will use the royale for transaction purposes of the GFN Government.
Section 2. The Culture and Society Department is hereby restablished with its secretary to be seated in the GFNC. This department will be in charge of promoting regional unity, organizing mergers, and regional events.
Section 3. All taxes are hereby abolished and replaced by one monthly due to be paid to the GFN which shall amount to 1% of total national tax revenue.

Judicial Act
Section 1. The Human Rights Court is hereby established to enforce the Human Rights Act and make sure the rights of all GFN citizens are protected. The court will have judges appointed by the HCJ subject to CoJ confirmation. The HCJ will appoint a requiste number of judges to manage the court workload however there will be only one judge per case.
Section 2. The Court of Arbitration is hereby established to resolve national disputes or conflicts between the GFN and her members. The judge system is the same as for the HRC.
Section 3. The Federal Court of Appeals will hear all cases appealed from the lower HRC and CoA. The FCA has the option to: hear an appeal, or reject an appeal. If an appeal is rejected then the lower court ruling stands. If it decides to hear the appeal then the FCA may: uphold the original ruling, strike down the original ruling or defer judgement to the CoJ. Three members of the CoJ will sit on the FCA, and the method to determine this will be made by the CoN once the act has passed.
Section 4. The Home Secretary is responsible for representing the government in domestic cases and the HCJ is any external case

Emergency Powers Act
Section 1. The Secretary-General may unilaterally declare the existance of a state of emergency for a period of no longer than 7 days without legislative reappraisal.
Section 2. All resolutions for states of emergency must originate in the GFNA unless the SecGen determines it cannot be convened fast enough. In the event Section 1 is invoked the SecGen must notify The Chairman, WA Delegate, HCJ, and Speaker of his doing so. They cannot inhibit his actions but cannot be dismissed from there jobs unilaterally unless the GFNA, and GFNC reapprove the emergency.
Section 3. The SecGen may, when a state of emergency is declared, Draft any WA nation into service, let the Founder or WA Delegate ban any member of the GFN, suspend any law or the Charter and dIssolve the GFNA unilaterally. The SecGen must get continual reauthorization every 14 days after the first legislative approval.
Section 4. In the event the SecGen cannot respond in a timely manner to an emergency, the WA Delegate, in his capacity of Vice SecGen may assume powers as Acting SecGen and use the aforementioned powers until the SecGen become available and the HCJ oversee the transition of power.
Section 5. The SecGen may when invoking this act suspend the enforcement of any act of the legislature has made and institute his own acts. Once the emergency period is over the suspended acts are once again in force and the orders issued during the period subject to review by the normal law making process.
The following acts have passed the GFNC and go to SecGen Squa for final approval.
