First: I thank you from the depths of my soul. To imagine that someone of your stature and respect in a society, was so touched and affected by my simple words, honors me more than I can say. What I did for your nation and for my own, following the terrorist attacks, is not a question of duty and respect. It is a simple matter of human kindness, honor to one's fellow humans, and to liberty. It is what one person does for their fellow citizens. We are all lucky to be who and where we are in the world. Our nations, and this region, has given us many things, we must do what we can to thank them and to honor them. I share the opinion of my brother, King Dan, and our entire nation, when I say that we are honored to call you friend, and to count your nation amongst our allies. I would be honored to sign the book for you.

Attlantes Minister Of Royal & Federal Affairs
Pursuant to Attlantes Maritime Prop 1404, signed into law by King Dan, & Article 4 signed and passed by Supreme Chancellor Princess Parker Casey: all sea and ocean space extending from the Eastern shores of Attlantes (near Forts Io & Europa) to 18 miles to sea are no sail zones. Any ship wishing to enter this space must receive permission from the Attlantes Coast Guard. The reason being: the salvage, exploration, and recovery of artifacts and bodies from the sunken RAS Eternity. While a portion of the ship lies in international waters, the entirety lies within Fraternity Islands waters, and is therefore protected under Article 4 of the Fraternity Protection Agency. No artifact or body may be removed outside of this investigation.

Well, on behalf of our entire region, and the International Assembly, I welcome you back. We're glad to have you. If you'd like, you may seek membership in the International Assembly, (now a region wide, international, governing body consisting of a hundred representatives. Two from each member nation in the Fraternity Islands) To apply for membership, you must: submit a simple letter of intent to the Supreme Chancellor, detailing your desire to participate in international and region wide activities, Assembly debates, and proceedings. If you intend to specialize, or join a Department of the Assembly (Medical, Security, Military, or General) you must also notify the Viceroy of that Department. We thank you for your reconsideration of our region, your intent to remain here, and your kind words.

With no objections, and in accordance with Initiative 404, proposed to this Assembly by the honorable Ambassador from Etternity, the dais is now yeilded to the Ambassador. Proceed, your honor, bearing in mind all remarks and comments must be directed toward aid to nations suffering from terrorist attacks. A deviation to the proposed International Athletic Complex will be begun by myself.

Granted, Mr. Reid. But proceed cautiously, and chose your thoughts carefully. This issue has been dissolved, due to the stale mates. If it needs to be re-opened, I will do so of my own concern after heavy consideration.

Thank you, your Grace. Ladies and Gentleman of our glorious nations, honored Assemblymen & women, your Grace. I come before you to discuss, in brief, the matters presented to this Assembly regarding Ambassadors to other regions. While I concurr with the prevailing opinion that it is not in our "budget" at the moment, I respectfully submit that the budget be reconsidered. The pledging of support beyond what is immediately necessary within this Assembly, would be stretching our international capabilities. So, I simply suggest that if it be deemed necesssary to submit anything further, that that be presented to the Viceroy of it's subject. For example: should any other region, or nation within a region, request medical aid, that issue should be brought before Dr. Collier to rule on. Much like an Alliance could assume.
Keep in mind here, Mr. Reid, such an issue of Alliance has not be considered within the constructs of this discussion. As to whether or not it will be, is up to discussions between myself and the leaders of other regions. Please remain on course.
