Claim a poorly defended foreign country that happens to have really nice beaches forced that former law in the books. Now that it's been abolished, you can avenge all the oppression that they forced by annexing their beaches.
134 days ago	Schwarzstaat	Those beach bums never did me any good... but that would be lying to say they forced anything on me. No, I'll just annex new beachfront property on the grounds that I can (and will) utilize those lands more effectively. There is no such thing as too many slurry pipelines!
