Hey guys, I'm new to Nation States. Although I'm not quite sure what I'm doing right now, I do know one thing.
I decided "Hey, why not, let's increase uranium mining!" to help my economy, but now we're cutting down too many forests and our beloved national animal, the Komodo Dragon, is in danger!

On a very real note, 
Noahs Second Country you should slow down your endotarting, as it makes it more difficult for Trinnien to catch up; the rest of us in the top tier have done the same.

Isn't EndoTarting giving endorsements? If so, why does that matter that Noahs Second Country is EndoTarting quickly?
Giving begets receiving, raising their own endorsements.
It's common knowledge and courtesy that endorsing is a "scratch my back I'll scratch yours" endeavor.
At this particular time, we have a new elected delegate (Trinn) who is trying to raise his own endo-count in order to assume Mouse's role. He also specifically and politely asked us higher count nations to curb endotarting until he has a safe enough margin and security.
I gotcha. Although I will admit that I have not endorsed everyone who has endorsed me, simply because it's hard to. :P
Did Trinnien endorse everyone yet? If not, try harder. ;)
