What glitch is is that allows you to provide government services and have a 0% tax rate? Something about NationStates' calculation is off, at least for Fenian Provinces.

Reach arounds, for example. I always charge more for a reach around.

Am I the only one tired of lefty countries? Now I don't want to sound like some obese texan waving around guns and screaming "Freedom!", but I'm seriously tired of seeing so many socialist or left wing countries...What's up with that?
