What ever happened to the love of Allah? :P

Ziegenian Imperium (????BC - 1242)
(The Imperium broke up into several states, with the Kingdom of Ziegenhain continuing as its successor. The Kingdom eventually regained most of its lost territory in later centuries.)
Kingdom of Ziegenhain (1242 - 1992)
(The kingdom experienced brief few years of liberal democracy in the early 1990s)
Greater Ziegenian Reich (1992 - Present)
(Vissari's Fascist party won the elections and transformed the Kingdom into the nation it is today)

The nihilistic view

Yeah I saw that on the BBC. IS anyone ever going to chance flying on MA again?

Jeez, two headline air disasters in the span of 6 months. Not that this one was their fault, of course, but I'm honestly feeling sorry for MA, as well as all the people on the doomed flight(s).

I blame Gremlins

Also a B777 too.

The emblem looks cool. Is it a double -edged axe?

Gremlins.

Namor, why is there no option for "bonobos" on your poll? I shall object to this clearly mistaken poll until such an option is added.

Neither shot it down, it wasn't Russia, it wasn't Ukraine. So I voted CIA.

I have a feeling it was Russian anti-aircraft guns, seeing as Russia has Crimea completely under its control. Ukraine is unlikely to be able to do much damage, considering the recent revolutions and government instability as well as economic collapse and I have a feeling that shooting down civilian airliners is not the new government's #1 priority.

The CIA wouldn't be able to shoot down an airliner. Also why would they need to shoot it down?

Anti-aircraft guns don't hit Boeing 777s flying at 33,000 feet.

What was it shot down by then?

Ikora wrote:What was it shot down by then?

It probably exploded mid-air a la Challenger.

Ikora wrote:What was it shot down by then?

Isn't it obvious? North Korea was testing their missiles again.

Ikora wrote:What was it shot down by then?

It was blasted out of the sky by a Buk missile, most likely rebel-owned.

I feel the need to say Ukrainians because I can and why not.
