I find toast to be a necessity in the "traditional" breakfast. Without toast, a breakfast isn't complete in my mind

Toast is multi-talented too - There have been plenty of times when it's been lunch for me, although it has never been breakfast and lunch on the same day.

The position of the Delegate is partially subsumed by the Chief Ministership, in that any new Chief Minister has the option of becoming the Delegate, but you can challenge for only the Delegacy too.
