I disagree. According to the NS One Stop Rules Shop:

"RMB Ads are allowed in player-created regions if and only if the region has a "Recruiter Friendly" tag."

If we had a treatied relationship with his region, and his region was sponsoring his event, that would be a different story. As it is, he's just a random NS player spamming other regions about his event.

Thanks for clarifying this rule! Their wording in the thread had me very confused! I'll message the player and let them know so they can avoid trouble.

I had a rec. telegram sent to me some 4 years ago, but I didn't open it (or any other telegrams I received), and went on a hiatus for a few years, my country "died" in the meantime and yesterday I returned, revived it, and went through the pile of telegrams and Equalism seemed the best fit for me. At least as far as the Telegram was concerned and how you sold the region to me :P

For those who may not be aware, the Discourd announcement dispatch has been updated to include a link to a text-to-speech recording of the announcement. This has been made available for use by those who would prefer an audio format or suffer from visual impairments. It's possible that this tool will be used more in the future if anyone finds it helpful so please give me some feedback! :)
