OMG! It's supposed to be a network of centralized breast milk storage facilities for those who need it to feed their babies, with health and safety standards regulated by my government, yet it's described as if I've created a very strange, boob juice-obsessed communist state. The way I read the issue, donations are supposed to be 100% voluntary. This sounds like I am sending police around with breast pumps door-to-door to harass all of the women! XD
