Volta sounds like a very fast land vehicle with Sprayer-Laser tech. It also sounds like a Fighter that rivals the fastest known Spacecraft in existence, even at FTL speeds. The Volta would, if a Fighter, use Slip Space travel to reach the intended target. It would also use Sprayer-Maser tech (as Maser beams are more powerful than lasers).

Emperor Andrew's visit to the Andrewian colony of Ethiopia is half way over, with only a couple days remaining, but so far, the festivities are still going strong! He is in the streets and such with hundreds to thousands of other citizens, celebrating and such.
He is getting accustomed with their culture again, and enjoying every second of it.
He will be taking part in a military and cultural parade on the last day of his stay there. Then after this, he will head to the Andrewian Colony of Somalia to do the same, but in their culture and style.
In Abeline, Aljecan Ukranian troops are setting up checkpoints for roads and paths leading out/into the city areas and back to the warring areas. Canadian and Argentines are helping set up/patrol a buffer zone they are setting up around Abliene.
Andrewian FA-38 Fighter Jets and AH-08 Attack Choppers are giving substantial amount of air support. They are commencing and running a lot of airstrikes and bombing runs and escort missions, against the enemy forces.
And our air units have been doing a lot of damage against the enemy.
We are also in the process of preforming a blockade around Haiti, and commencing bombing runs and airstrikes on FA military targets in Haiti, and we are preparing for a land invasion via the Andrewian Dominican Colony(previously the Dominican Republic) with joint divisions of armor, infantry, and other forces, with the cover of Andrewian Naval artillery and missile support and Andrewian Air Force air support.
Any name ideas?

We are not allied with the facist government or the free republic government, we maintain diplomatic ties with both. We have diplomatic offices in Port Au Prince and consulates in Aljecan parts of Texas.
Well then let us extend this message: Our air, naval, and land units are ONLY targeting military targets in both Haiti and Alejcan Texas. We do not intend to hit civilian centers OR diplomatic facilities, unless they are proven as a threat.
AKA, if they move massive amounts of troops into cities or such, or take over a country's diplomatic mission there.
We want it known now that we DO NOT intend on harming civilians or foreigners, but we are not promising that they won't be caught in the crossfire. We apologize ahead of time for any and all damages or deaths caused onto civilians or foreigners by our actions that are no part in this war, but we are making it known that there is the ever lasting chance that they can be harmed or even killed in the duration of the fighting.
So if you do not want any chance of harm being done onto your diplomats, we strongly urge you to either pull your diplomats out until the situation is resolved, or you try to help convince the fascist government to give up power.
Otherwise, our airstrikes and bombing runs will contain as planned on the intended targets.
