We didn't get to my skit today. Ich bin annoyed.

The Corvusi:
The Corvusi is an elite subsection of Torchwood Section Two, whcih deals with domestic intelligence. It is tasked with tracking down traitors to the Empire and Torchwood. The Corvusi do not operate like a secret police, only going after inidivideuls that Section Two has confirmed as traitors.. The Corvus agents have unlimited access to Torchwood assets and can requistion or commender anything they need. They wear black armor, under black cloaks, sometimes accompoiied by a skull mask. They wield special equipment, including diliated Whitelight which is applied to Solidified Hydruim blades. These blades are used to wound or otherwise inflict pain on an Evolved. Their Sonic Screwdrivers can create or neutralize Deadlock Seals, to either trap their targets, or access them.

If possible, the Corvus attempt to wound the target and bring them back to the Didactian Council or Torchwood Section //ERROR: DATA REDACTED// for trial and sentencing. If the target has escaped, or is a sufficent enough risk to warrent it, they will be brought directly before Alexander Mercer for Consumption.

Ideas, comments, changes? It's a work in progress

Well, just think of this as a chance to practice :)

Humbug. Nice work on the video. The music actually works really well with it.

Interesting.

Hey everyone, is anyone on?

Emperor Andrew has announced that after much discussion, it was decided that the naval base of Guantanamo Bay will not be closed down, and will remain open, however, there is now new talks of whether or not we should maintain full control of the base again and kick the Timmies out, or to let them continue renting out half of it.

So in a way, it is back to the drawing board for this discussion now.

Here is an old quote pulled from our archives, that Emperor Andrew said to one of his fellow soldiers, when they were pinned down and almost overrun, and were the last few survivors of their unit. The soldier asked him what he wanted to do with his life.

This was his response:
" I want to be on a sailboat, surrounded by sea with no land in sight, without even the possibility of sighting land for days to come? To stand at the helm of your destiny. I want that, one more time. I want to be in the Piazza del Campo in Siena. To feel the surge as 10 racehorses go thundering by. I want another meal in Paris, at L'Ambroisie, at the Place des Vosges. I want another bottle of wine. And then another. I want the warmth of a woman and a cool set of sheets. One more night of jazz at the Vanguard. I want to stand on the summits and smoke Cubans and feel the sun on my face for as long as I can. Walk on the Wall again. Climb the Tower. Ride the River. Stare at the Frescos. I want to sit in the garden and read one more good book. Most of all I want to sleep. I want to sleep like I slept when I was a boy...Give me that, just one time...and then I could die a happy man."

I just now remembered something: Qetho owns part of my nation's Main planet (Felucia). It was agreed OOCly by telegram that since he let me use land for the UNF (I believe) to be located on, I was to give him some land from Felucia. Due to the fact that I have no clue what the entire landmasses of Felucia look like, I based it off of Earth's. So if memory serves correctly, Qetho owns the Felucian Variants of Russia and Japan.

*There is a difference between Main and Core Planets in my nation. Main Planet = Where the nation was founded. Core Planet = Where the government is based*

In fact, I remember that he said that the land was going to be for, what I think was Biological Tests or something like that.
And since the Carrington Institute had a branch in Moscow (Felucian), he said that it would be protected by a barrier or something like that.

Now the thing I want to think about is if I want to give away some land....

Interesting Fact: The equivalent of Orson Empire's constitution during Turner's reign was the Imperial Code of Conduct, which was written by Turner himself. The Code of Conduct listed how Orson's government was supposed to function and outlined the major laws of the Empire and punishments for breaking the law.

The Code of Conduct was somewhat revolutionary, because for the first time in Orson history the legal principle of the rule of law was established. This meant that every citizen was subject to the law, also meaning that members of the upper class would be subject to the same punishments as the common citizen if they broke the law. Generally, throughout Orson history, those in the upper class (such as politicians and the wealthy) could buy their way out of being punished, even if they had committed a severe crime, or in some case, they would just automatically be acquitted due to their social status. This was a practice that Turner absolutely detested, and thus he completely got rid of it during his reign.

However, the laws in the Code of Conduct were arguably the most draconian and severe laws ever created. Also, many punishments and methods of torture that had been illegal in Orson for centuries were brought back during Turner's reign in order to enforce his dictatorial reign. Their is even a legend about how Turner wrote the original version of the Code of Conduct in blood in order to symbolize its severity.

Ahh, I see.

If I were to give away land, I would have to make sure that the land is not important to the government....
So the Felucian Variants of the US, the UK, China, Mexico, Italy, and Iraq would not be available.

I'll take France and the Middle East that is available.

Which countries are a part of the Middle East?
The ones that I count so far are: Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Yemen.
Are those correct?
