Monte Cristo is not the emperor? Then just who is the current emperor? We thought that we had already elected him, all 15.209 billion of us. If that was insufficient, Monte Cristo will be very disappointed. Couldn't he be an emperor too? And how about us being emperors as well? Why not have every member of the region become emperors? That would make everyone quite imperial!
