His exact words were "Don't worry, I have no interest in becoming WA delegate, and if you endorse me, you will stay WA Delegate." Hahaha sure bro...
He didn't get the point. He would have whether he likes it or not. If the current Delegate and the next dude are tied at endorsements, the new one gets it. Therefore, that is what I was concerned about.
