Mobergo has received some very alarming messages from Cooper. We may have an international fiasco on our hands. If they're serious, the best case scenario is that we can get them to finish one more of the twenty subs we ordered, pay, and cancel all future orders. Worse case scenario: they pocket what we've already paid them, and then they've both stolen and destroyed Lenyoan assets. That's an act of war.
I'm about to fly to Rhyndwier with a few naval atachés and a dozen EPC's [Elite Protection Corps] for an emergency meeting. Kriegipaz is scheduled to fly to Alexandria tomorrow with a handful of other officials to hammer out war plans with the Fids if the Oliv negotiations go poorly. And wake up Nikolai and the other bigwigs in the OEP [Office of Economic Planning]. We may need to adjust to a war economy very soon.
I suggest not adjusting DEFCON yet. One drunken missive isn't enough to start a war. Not with us, anyways. Same goes for press releases. The last thing we need is media hysteria.

Your instincts are always right; I'm heeding your suggestions. I've also got the lieutenant minister of finance on a plane tomorrow to Magic Sands. We don't exactly have idle funds, and that's where we'll get the best terms for a big loan. We also need to keep an eye on Bellhorizon. I'm not sure where their loyalties lie. The last thing we need to face is an alliance.

Sorry I've been out of touch. My State is experiencing serious infrastructure and communications breakdowns (as such, my State is unfortunately in no position to help the Collective Assembly of Olivarcy or the Soviet Socialist Technocracy of Lenyo with their economic development goals).
If anyone wishes to receive contact information for my alter-ego, in case a genuine emergency should befall my State, feel free to request it via telegram.
As Founder, I feel it is my duty to make such contact information available, upon request. If my State collapses, then our region would be vulnerable to invasion. So, I'd want to keep you in the loop, regarding my status, if you're interested.
There may be no emergency at all, right now, but I just want to make this offer anyway; perhaps for the future.

OK, the RP seems pretty thoroughly dead, and I don't have the time right now to even attempt to revive it. I'll limit my NS activity to editing until midsummer, when I'll probably return to RP. Until then, I'll say goodbye. If I find a region with 8+ active RPers, I'll make sure to send you all a TG, just in case you're interested.
