Dude, I go out of existence all the time. ALL the time.
Same. It's like, one month I'm here, then I'm not, and a few weeks later I'm back again. Why do they even have the cease to exist thing? It's so annoying.
I think it's so the name frees up for others. Or it's trying to tell you that if you stop running your country it will fall apart and cease to exist. One of those.
Well, I personally I couldn't care less about my citizens.
