Yes. Well bear in mind that he was away for 6 months because he got kicked out of his house and had to work day shifts and night shifts just to pay the rent in his new place. He's got it pretty tough, so I'm sure we can be a little lenient on him.
To get to 100, You just need to keep giving money to your businesses. Any time the game gives you the option to increase spending on industry and commerce, do it. That's all it takes.

I was only remarking on the fact that there had been a lack of 4 week plans, hence it may be difficult for 
Free Socialist Canada to know the best way to take his economics. I know nothing of -Novaya Rossiya-'s personal life and wish to make no presumptions on his inactivity. I hope for that matter (having been enlightened on the reasons for his lack of activity), that -Novaya Rossiya- manages to alleviate the pressures of his personal life at some point in the near future. While I've never been kicked out of my house (not for any substantial length of time at any rate), I've had to pull excessive hours to pay rent (primarily night shifts, but with day shifts included), so I've a sense of empathy with that situation.
If -Novaya Rossiya- has been upset/offended by my comment, then I can only apologise and highlight that no ill-feeling was intended

Puissancevise, the problem is, that as Socialists, giving money to business, is quite contradictory, I personally find the game mechanics to be skewed too much in favour of the "capitalists", the notion that a strong Socialist economy is impossible is infuriating. Also, I've suddenly realised that I re-designed your flag for you at some point. A friend (mutual?) contacted me with your flag and mentioned that the original hammer & sickle was slightly blurry and asked me to fix it. Nice to finally realise who it was I did that for. I like the flag. ;)

As I've stated on the RMB 2 weeks ago through my puppet NA:
"I'm currently dealing with a lot of school work + developing a web site so I barely have time to be active in the region. Once I'm finished with school in a little more than a month from now, I shall implement quite a few programs to improve our region's overall economic health."
I apologize for the delay but please give me some time to consolidate things. It's currently finals season at my university and I have a full-time job to worry about after school. I probably won't be able to implement any program until mid-June.
@FSC: Jjoorbs is right. Get your economy rating to 100/100 and keep it like that for a few weeks before nationalization to prevent a rating drop.
Or... You could just nationalize now and pray to Marx that it won't drop to "Powerhouse" or "All-Consuming." If it does then give out more subsidies to your industries and hope it'll climb back up.
I don't think anyone is blaming your for inactivity NR. Sometimes things come up in real life that you just can't control. If you can't count on your comrades for support who can you depend on? I just got done with my first year of University a few weeks ago so I understand the stress of finals.
