We wish to advise that our May 2012 election was peacefully and successfully finalised and 
The Dominion of Aanon Bay was re-elected to lead the region for another month.
Aanon Bay will now formulate it’s Council of 5 Ministers. Aanon Bay has set a target of increasing our population of WA members, improving our defence capabilities, enhancing our international relations particularly with Asia and creating a strong and stable region.

I am top 5% most armed in the world. Our kids play Postal 2 and GTA for arms skill exercises. Luckily we also have large numbers of cops.
This game is so unrealistic when it comes to communist nations. If nation has no private sector it will always be at the last places in production. But centralized economy also can produce goods and export them to other nations. The Soviet Union produced tons of goods, that were good especially the radios and they were exported across the world. And why always they write that government is trying to stump this out and make private sector, what if it does not really want to. Soviet Union did not wanted and so now North Korea but they still produce stuff and communist nations should have equal chances as the capitalist nations in production ratings. I am anti-communist but that just bugs me that this game is so capitalist.
I think it's impossible to get a frightening economy if you run your nation in communist ways from the early beginning but if your economy is strong enough you should be able to become a communist nation without destroying your production.
Even Karl Marx wrote in his "Historischer Materialismus" ("historic materialism") that to achieve communism a nation has to be capitalist first.
The NSWiki says: "[...]nations that consider themselves communist can very easily maintain strong economies simply by answering the Nationstates issues in a particular way."
That is China style communism, state production is still production and can be exported to allied nations. I like the game Tropico 4 where all productions and resources belong to state, but they export it to other countries as long as they have good relations. Nationstates 2 had sophisticated economy and trade system I miss that game.

Yes, I think they mean "just answer the issues in a capitalist way."

I think he was deleted for some reason. Hence the nations name "363 neg" and he cannot make a proposal while being absent for 30 days.
