Get your TG draft in the text box on the TG screen.

Very important. Set the recipient as "tag:template", without the quotation marks. Also, set the category to "Recruitment", and the target as whatever region you're recruiting for.

• Make sure the nation you're using is in the region you're trying to recruit for, as whatever region you are in will appear on the button at the bottom of the telegram.

• It's a good idea to use the oldest nation you have, as the TG flood limit will decrease by a rate of 1 second per 100 days your nation has been alive.

Send the TG. You will get a template code that will look something like "%TEMPLATE-00000000%". Save that into a dispatch or something; nobody else can use it.

Open up a new tab and click "World". On "World Activity", hit "More". Change the "Movement" category to only underline founding - that's all you want. Since refounded nations will often have already blocked recruitment telegrams before they CTE'd, there's no sense sending them there. As well, they may still have an attachment to their old region and move straight there.

Open up the "Send Telegram" page and paste your template code into the text area.

Deselect "recruitment", as the template will automatically set the telegram as recruitment for you.

Type your nation name into the address bar and hit "Send".

Repeat steps 5-7.
