I believe the WA is just an organized mob - a few vociferous individuals swaying their sheep with hollow words. You could make people who just voted to support something completely reject three days later.

I don't think you're on AO map anymore (or at least that's from what I recall the last time), so make sure to make a map request (VilTur is now in charge of it).

Cheers, I looked under the Regional Map 5.0 thread in the regional forum and I'm still on there but it was Vilita to have done the last update so I might be looking in the wrong place if VilTur is now doing it.

Darn, I was 16 hours too late to prevent this nation from CTEing :(
