Oh, and tortas are just the same ingredients served on flaky pastry bread like a sandwich instead of in a taco shell or wrap.

PS Cote d'Cuivre CTE'd duders. I am thinking of sending someone to tour around Hesperidisea (sp?) in 'Stories in Astyria' thread. Are you up for it?

O snap, thanks for the heads up! And yea, that would be awesome, send em over!

THE FABLED RIYSIAN POST HAS CROSSED FROM THE REALM OF MYTH INTO REALITY

Neu Engollon wrote:Mexican and Tex-Mex food (tacos and burritos are really more like far northern Mexico and Southwestern US cuisine than true 'Heart of Mexico' cuisine) is really variations on the some base ingredients with the differences in how they are served. The difference between burritos and tacos is pretty much just the outer casing. Burritos are a soft flour tortilla wrap (like a very thin flat bread that is chewy) while tacos can also be soft, but are usually in a harder, crunchy corn tortilla shell. Like a big giant chip/crisp folded in half and baked.
Burritos are bigger than tacos. You can finish a taco in about 3 bites usually.
Chimichanga is a burrito fried whole with the ingredients inside. A 'Wet' burrito is usually just a burrito with half the ingredients poured over the top of it.
Mexican cuisine in the bottom two thirds of Mexico doesn't usually involve wrapping your food in any kind of casing or shell, but does use a lot of sauces, like mole sauce, of which there are tons of varieties.
Hope that helps.

Mmmm...mole...

Mole is good stuff. So I am on an iPod until we get a new hard drive. Second one in 6 months. No liquids, no machine abuse. Maybe I'm sleep destroying the laptop... Or the wife.

Belated Yay! Btw

Never a dull moment with computers. My video card on my desktop just died so I've had to transition to my laptop. It was about time for the thing to die (about 7-8 years old), but still.

Be well, Woody.

Get well soon ;)

Take care Woody, we will be thinking of you.

So, I have also been doing some thinking and I am going to be doing some scaling back when I get our new computer up and running. I will be selling off Naturnalia and my 50% share of Pine Grove to begin with. Vizion has first dibs on PG, but anyone else interested contact me. IC wise, this will be through BDI. I will start there. Others may be on the chopping block. I'd like to give these businesses off to people who can regularly maintain them.
I will also be looking long term to scale back on RP and wrap up most of the ones I'm currently involved in.

Naturnalia is your pet food company, right?

Guys using IIwiki, be advised. From now, there is Category:Astyrian companies, so go ahead put that on your articles of your companies.

Yar! I heard GE&T talk! Lol

Just surpassed 2000 tourists per hour visiting Costa Aluria, according to the Analysis page. That's a milestone I've been chasing for some tome now.

Woo! I just turned 18!

Oh, wait... Not so "Woo!" I have to pay for my everything now...

Happy birthday anyway, duder.

Happy birthday duder :D
