I am thinking of making us more coherent as a region. This is largely to combat our loss of nations through emmigration or deletion. I propose the formation of a Regional Council. The Council shall be IC, but every person may only have one nation on the Council. As the Council shall become active on the forums, it shall have a strict structure. We shall be a constitutional pseudo-democracy. The OOC leader of the region shall still be me (Arrrkka), but IC, the leader shall be elected by the rest of the region. The following positions on the Council are avaliable: Defence Minister, Labour Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister, Internal Affairs Minister, Justice Minister and Minister of the Treasury. People wishing to enter these positions can telegram me (Arrrkka still), and I shall put people into their positions.

Active and ready for action. The main issue with most people is that they cannot be bothered to roleplay their nations. If we can't get the people to roleplay, then the whole region is a bit pointless.
