The Oppressed Peoples of Yeplela would like to express their will to establish diplomatic and commercial relations with its fellow members of the Anti Defamation League in an attempt to better integrate itself in the organisation. It awaits a telegram for those accepting of this proposal.
On a last note, Yeplela encourages its peers to join the World Assembly to further the League's interests in international politics. It also volunteers to become WA Delegate of the region in order to better represent the organisation abroad, should the other members join the WA.
