It depends on the anime. Now I am watching Rurouni Kenshin dubbed and I know it is not a very good dub, but he sounded like a girl in the subbed. I can see it with Allen Walker not Kenshin
I personally prefer dubs myself, mainly because the Japanese talk so fast in most of the anime I've watched. (And yes, I know it is a poor excuse.)
kawaii desu :3
I just finished Kino's Journey. It is one of the greatest animes I have ever seen. It is also one of my favorite animes of all time.
You called?
Oh new Sailor Moon why must you only put out two episodes a month..
i dern sure did. How can i increase my kawaii meters? how can i make my citizens even more kawaii?
[hands Shiggity Diggity a copy of The Book of the Cute One, the sacred tome of the Kawaiian people and guide to all things Kawaii.]
Here you go.
Meanwhile it's WA News, "Why Do We Bother To Come In To Work?" edition. The WA finally got around to bringing a proposal to vote, "Debris Prevention". It's a proposal to limit the amount of "space junk" in orbit. A reasonable proposal, but one that is likely never to see the light of day. Thanks to the efforts of three mega-delegates, Mousebumples of Europeia, Hms unicorn of The North Pacific, and Cormac a stark of Osiris, their combined 756 votes against the proposal at the start of voting has effectively tanked it. After a day's voting, the "Nays" lead the "Ayes" by 626 votes, the ongoing lead being almost solely attributable to the these three delegates. It's been our experience that a strong early lead one way or the other usually sets the tone of the voting pattern. It's highly unlikely that such a strong early vote against can be overcome in the next three days of voting.
We note the early returns from Anime here were strongly in favor, so we've voted "Aye" early in protest of the lemming effect. This really would be a good resolution, so we encourage those of you who haven't voted yet to vote in favor as well.
that feel when surprise yaoi :(
Set up large numbers of schools/academies to study magic and esper abilities. Before too long your nation will be overflowing with kawaii magical girls.
How about i make the maid cleaning service market boom? kawaii maids seem so much better
Not to mention importing little talking animals. You can't have too many of those, and besides, someone's got to keep track of all those magical girls.
Aye Sir!!
anyone here ever read a visual novel called Katawa Shoujo?
I did, but only Hanako's route.
bacon girl is best girl. You weren't interested in anyone else or you just finished her route?
Yes and Rin's route was the best route.
Rin's route kinda made me mad. I knew what she was saying, or trying to say, but i just kep getting pissed at Hisao for not figuring out what she was saying.
Yes, I did the good ending and I want to see everyone's good endings! :)
Does anyone here visit the Dollars website?
Hmm as long as those small talking animals aren't offering any deals. The other way to keep track of large covens of magical girls is to import one (1) dense young man for every six magical girls. The constant revolving axes of magical girls to gormless idiot means you can track their whereabouts at any given time, as the gravity of their orbits is unchangable. Other ways to track them is to check nearby beaches (a magnet for any self respecting harem of magical girls), onsens, department stores, coffee shops, school home rooms etc. This list is not exhaustive but you get what I mean I guess...
WA News, "Go Figure" Edition. You remember us complaining that some of the megadelegates were tanking the proposed "Debris Prevention" resolution? Well, much to our surprise, the proposal passed 5,288 to 4,595. Apparently one of the delegates, Hms unicorn changed their mind and swung 485 votes from "Nay" to "Yea", enough to overcome the lemming effect and put the resolution over the top.
A lot of grousing about that in the GA chambers, basically because The North Pacific, HMS Unicorn's region, does all its deliberations on an off-site forum which hardly anyone outside the region has access to. HMS Unicorn claimed that after the proposal author, Defwa signed up for the TNP forum and made their case there, it changed enough regional votes to flip the delegate's position. Personally, we find it annoying that WA politics apparently cannot be done just on this website, but requires access to the giant regions' offsite forums. But whatareyagonnado, eh?
I got an Easter Egg! Yay!
I got a Harem! Yay!
Out of the Big 3 anime, which is your favorite?
Mine is Bleach.
