The Drones of Summer

Are you looking forward to the Drones of Summer,
sent by the mass-murdering Barack Obama,
who can laugh and joke every day,
As he kills and maims in every way?

Are you looking forward to the Drones of Summer,
sent by the carpet-bombing Barack Obama,
to murder, destroy, and to maim,
in the speeded-up imperialist game,
who imprisons those who speak the truth,
from the comforts under his Oval roof,
the human face of Corporate Imperialism,
the smiling grin of Rampant Fascism,
shall joke and laugh as he sends out The War Machine,
complete with PR gloss and BS sheen,
Murder is an illusion,
Collateral damage the resolution,
ignore the human carcasses,
ignore the trespasses,
The Coalition of the willing,
shall make a healthy killing,
Mothers, Fathers, sons, daughters too,
your lives are profit margins, your bodies will do.

....Are you looking forward?

We live in a society which encourages that we are born, consume, work, consume or die.

Such a society in itself is not a society at all for the only social aspects are between the corporate elite, their bodyguards of greed, and the lowly masses scraping out a living which is not a living but is merely being a commodity that exists only to consume and work, and if it does neither of these things it will be subject to persecution, removal and starvation.

What passes itself for a society is instead a prison that dazzles us into conformity and comfort but threatens violence if we wish to see beyond that dazzle and at the cosmos.

The means of revolution to be successful means overthrowing the system, and tossing away the shoes of the old boss so no new bosses shall fit into them snugly, and thereby bosses are abolished.

Subversion begins small, and what comes first is that we must remember to breathe, see, hear and smell anew like a newborn child absorbing it's senses for the first time. Listen to the birdsong, and rejoice in your non-conforming act for the day while not resting upon laurels.

Have occassion to smile at strangers and remember you are all refugees seeking shelter from the storm clinging to whatever maintains sanity. You struggle together as you do alone, remember this and be braver for it if you dare.

We are told that material wealth and possessions brings happiness and security, and people buy washing machines, fridges, microwaves, vacumn cleaners, cars and houses on this basis to fill a void in their souls sucked dry by the corporate vampires who teach that only that which is made of material is to be treasured, and not subversively natural things like Love and Freedom.

When each and every person is seen as a commodity, the concept of nationalisation of industries becomes obsolete because we have become the commercial sectors and the means of ownership and control need to be waged within ourselves to take our hearts, souls, brains and bodies back under personal autonomous ownership.

Laughter is cannon-fire against the consumerist armour, it is important to let them hear you roar, and your sincere smile shall be the unsheathing of your weapon against them, that being humanity and defiance.

Dare to be kind to others when cruelty is the soup of the day on the menu of Corporate force-feeding, and your compassion shall grow, and with it the love of life and the desire for complete emancipation.

Boredom is counter-revolutionary because if you are bored it means your imagination has surrendered, and if your imagination surrenders, all is lost for the revolution, for your imagination is the true vanguard for any revolution. All Power to the Imagination.

Each heart is a revolutionary cell, your body is your heart's balaclava, and you are a Guerrilla behind enemy lines - the Corporate elite fears you accordingly, for as sleeper cells, you can activate at any time in a heartbeat.

The bars of the prison can be smashed for it is the masses who consent to their prison walls by conformity, should they realise their prison walls, those walls will come tumbling down.

And the pioneers who have struck out for home yesterday and today before the mass populace shall be remembered, even if they should go nameless, for deeds and actions speak louder than words and shall be the order of conversation for a better tommorow and with it, it's example and inspiration.

Home sweet home, is a land made for you and me.

Home is where the heart is, for we grow a new world in it.

Each heart being a revolutionary cell.

Since the Obama regime came to power in 2008, it has attacked multiple countries with every means at it's disposal, continues to militarily occupy huge swathes of the earth, and continues to imprison without trial hundreds upon hundreds of people, and they are just the ones they let you know about.

Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Libya and Syria and others have all been on the receiving end of various US military attacks, or attacks by client states and organisations using US munitions.

In the blink of an eye, and at Obama's command, entire families can be wiped off the face of the earth, anywhere in the world, and such massacres shall be blandly termed as 'Collateral Damage' while the stinking scorched remains are still steaming beneath the sun or night sky and while the wailing of their surviving loved ones are still audible.

No life is too precious for Imperialism, everyone is expendable, just like the truth. The art of imperialism is to lie, and it is to terrify, in order to subjugate nations and peoples to achieve imperialist ends.

The Obama Administration, like those before it, occupy the position of the Number One terrorists in the world. Their uniforms are their shiny suits, and the uniforms of their protectors are mostly uniforms too, be they camoflague, blue or black.

Terrorism as defined is the use of terror to achieve one's ends. Terrorism defines Obama, for Terrorism, like previous US Presidents, is what he employs.

Obama is a terrorist, and the entire Obama administration are a terrorist organisation.

Such is the detachment from compassion or any sliver of humanity and instead the abundance of sociopathy, that they can cry crocodile tears at the murders of children on US Soil while eagerly ordering and funding the murders of children on whatever soil they see fit.

There will be no rolling news coverage of the latest massacre orchestrated from The White House or The Pentagon, no manhunt of the perpetrators, no lockdown in their pursuit. For the murderers are the law.

The MSM will not be reporting, live from the scene, nor interview witnesses, nor carrying out profiles of the perpetrators for members of the populace to say "He was such a nice man, you would never have thought he was capable", and that is because the murderers are above the law, and the law is at their command.

Decency and truth lay buried beneath the grass just beyond The Oval Office, the burial carried out eons ago when Buffalo in their thousands would sweep across the priarie, racing with horses, and when men, women and children of tribal nations could not conceive of machines of flesh and metal that could kill and maim so wantonly and willingly on an industrial scale and at the command of smiling assassins, but who saw the beginnings on the Trail of Tears and the massacres they were to suffer.

Upon that grass, Obama, like his predecessors, takes time out of his day to venture forth and piss upon the grass with contempt. The Truth lays here, alongside it's beloved companion Decency.

A happy couple, they were inconvienient to the agenda that was to come.

Both had to go. Both had to die.

Their child, Justice, much battered and bruised, makes demands for their deaths to be avenged, for wrongs to be righted.

A sense of Justice is felt in the hearts of those who know Truth and Decency were expendable just like the men, women and children of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Libya and Syria.

Like George Orwell said, Hope lies in the Proles.

"To the people of the world:
Brothers and Sisters:

During the last years, the power of money has presented a new mask over its criminal face. Above borders, no matter race or color, the Power of money humiliates dignities, insults honesties and assassinates hopes. Re-named as "Neoliberalism", the historic crime in the concentration of privileges, wealth and impunities, democratizes misery and hopelessness.

A new world war is waged, but now against the entire humanity. As in all world wars, what is being sought is a new distribution of the world.

By the name of "globalization" they call this modern war which assassinates and forgets. The new distribution of the world consists in concentrating power in power and misery in misery.

The new distribution of the world excludes "minorities". The indigenous, youth, women, homosexuals, lesbians, people of color, immigrants, workers, peasants; the majority who make up the world basements are presented, for power, as disposable. The new distribution of the world excludes the majorities.

The modern army of financial capital and corrupt governments advance conquering in the only way it is capable of: destroying. The new distribution of the world destroys humanity.

The new distribution of the world only has one place for money and its servants. Men, women and machines become equal in servitude and in being disposable. The lie governs and it multiplies itself in means and methods.

A new lie is sold to us as history. The lie about the defeat of hope, the lie about the defeat of dignity, the lie about the defeat of humanity. The mirror of power offers us an equilibrium in the balance scale: the lie about the victory of cynicism, the lie about the victory of servitude, the lie about the victory of neoliberalism.

Instead of humanity, it offers us stock market value indexes, instead of dignity it offers us globalization of misery, instead of hope it offers us an emptiness, instead of life it offers us the international of terror.

Against the international of terror representing neoliberalism, we must raise the international of hope.

Hope, above borders, languages, colors, cultures, sexes, strategies, and thoughts, of all those who prefer humanity alive.

The international of hope. Not the bureaucracy of hope, not the opposite image and, thus, the same as that which annihilates us. Not the power with a new sign or new clothing. A breath like this, the breath of dignity. A flower yes, the flower of hope. A song yes, the song of life.

Dignity is that nation without nationality, that rainbow that is also a bridge, that murmur of the heart no matter what blood lives it, that rebel irreverence that mocks borders, customs and wars.

Hope is that rejection of conformity and defeat.

Life is what they owe us: the right to govern and to govern ourselves, to think and act with a freedom that is not exercised over the slavery of others, the right to give and receive what is just.

For all this, along with those who, above borders, races and colors, share the song of life, the struggle against death, the flower of hope and the breath of dignity . . ."

"Enjoy yourselves, keep your brain in your head and your head firmly attached to the body, the body active and alive, and I promise you this much; I promise you this one sweet victory over our enemies, over those desk-bound men and women with their hearts in a safe deposit box, and their eyes hypnotized by desk calculators. I promise you this; You will outlive the b**tards."

John Pilger's mini orbiturary of Thatcher The Milk Snatcher....

Dance on Thatcher's grave, but remember there has been a coup in Britain

http://johnpilger.com/articles/dance-on-thatcher-s-grave-but-remember-
there-has-been-a-coup-in-britain

25 April 2013

In the wake of Thatcher's departure, I remember her victims. Patrick Warby's daughter, Marie, was one of them. Marie, aged five, suffered from a bowel deformity and needed a special diet. Without it, the pain was excruciating. Her father was a Durham miner and had used all his savings. It was winter 1985, the Great Strike was almost a year old and the family was destitute. Although her eligibility was not disputed, Marie was denied help by the Department of Social Security. Later, I obtained records of the case that showed Marie had been turned down because her father was "affected by a Trade dispute".

The corruption and inhumanity under Thatcher knew no borders. When she came to power in 1979, Thatcher demanded a total ban on exports of milk to Vietnam. The American invasion had left a third of Vietnamese children malnourished. I witnessed many distressing sights, including infants going blind from a lack of vitamins. "I cannot tolerate this," said an anguished doctor in a Saigon paediatric hospital, as we looked at a dying boy. Oxfam and Save the Children had made clear to the British government the gravity of the emergency. An embargo led by the US had forced up the local price of a kilo of milk up to ten times that of a kilo of meat. Many children could have been restored with milk. Thatcher's ban held.

In neighbouring Cambodia, Thatcher left a trail of blood, secretly. In 1980, she demanded that the defunct Pol Pot regime - the killers of 1.7 million people - retain its "right" to represent their victims at the UN. Her policy was vengeance on Cambodia's liberator, Vietnam. The British representative was instructed to vote with Pol Pot at the World Health Organisation, thereby preventing it from providing help to where it was needed more than anywhere on earth.

To conceal this outrage, the US, Britain and China, Pol Pot's main backer, invented a "resistance coalition" dominated by Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge forces and supplied by the CIA at bases along the Thai border. There was a hitch. In the wake of the Irangate arms-for-hostages debacle, the US Congress had banned clandestine foreign adventures. "In one of those deals the two of them liked to make," a senior Whitehall official told the Sunday Telegraph, "President Reagan put it to Thatcher that the SAS should take over the Cambodia show. She readily agreed."

In 1983, Thatcher sent the SAS to train the "coalition" in its own distinctive brand of terrorism. Seven-man SAS teams arrived from Hong Kong, and British soldiers set about training "resistance fighters" in laying minefields in a country devastated by genocide and the world's highest rate of death and injury as a result of landmines.

I reported this at the time, and more than 16,000 people wrote to Thatcher in protest. "I confirm," she replied to opposition leader Neil Kinnock, "that there is no British government involvement of any kind in training, equipping or co-operating with the Khmer Rouge or those allied to them." The lie was breathtaking. In 1991, the government of John Major admitted to parliament that the SAS had indeed trained the "coalition". "We liked the British," a Khmer Rouge fighter later told me. "They were very good at teaching us to set booby traps. Unsuspecting people, like children in paddy fields, were the main victims."

When the journalists and producers of ITV's landmark documentary, Death on the Rock, exposed how the SAS had run Thatcher's other death squads in Ireland and Gibraltar, they were hounded by Rupert Murdoch's "journalists", then cowering behind the razor wire at Wapping. Although exonerated, Thames TV lost its ITV franchise.

In 1982, the Argentine cruiser, General Belgrano, was steaming outside the Falklands exclusion zone. The ship offered no threat, yet Thatcher gave orders for it to be sunk. Her victims were 323 sailors, including conscripted teenagers. The crime had a certain logic. Among Thatcher's closest allies were mass murderers - Pinochet in Chile, Suharto in Indonesia, responsible for "many more than one million deaths" (Amnesty International). Although the British state had long armed the world's leading tyrannies, it was Thatcher who brought a crusading zeal to the deals, talking up the finer points of fighter aircraft engines, hard-bargaining with bribe-demanding Saudi princes. I filmed her at an arms fair, stroking a gleaming missile. "I'll have one of those!" she said.

In his arms-to-Iraq enquiry, Lord Richard Scott heard evidence that an entire tier of the Thatcher government, from senior civil servants to ministers, had lied and broken the law in selling weapons to Saddam Hussein. These were her "boys". Thumb through old copies of the Baghdad Observer, and there are pictures of her boys, mostly cabinet ministers, on the front page sitting with Saddam on his famous white couch. There is Douglas Hurd and there is a grinning David Mellor, also of the Foreign Office, around the time his host was ordering the gassing of 5,000 Kurds. Following this atrocity, the Thatcher government doubled trade credits to Saddam.

Perhaps it is too easy to dance on her grave. Her funeral was a propaganda stunt, fit for a dictator: an absurd show of militarism, as if a coup had taken place. And it has. "Her real triumph", said another of her boys, Geoffrey Howe, a Thatcher minister, "was to have transformed not just one party but two, so that when Labour did eventually return, the great bulk of Thatcherism was accepted as irreversible."

In 1997, Thatcher was the first former prime minister to visit Tony Blair after he entered Downing Street. There is a photo of them, joined in rictus: the budding war criminal with his mentor. When Ed Milliband, in his unctuous "tribute", caricatured Thatcher as a "brave" feminist hero whose achievements he personally "honoured", you knew the old killer had not died at all.

Let's hear some reactions to the death of Thatcher, you know, those reactions you may not have heard about in the Corporate MSM:

"Margaret Thatcher did great hurt to the Irish and British people during her time as British prime minister. Working class communities were devastated in Britain because of her policies. Her role in international affairs was equally belligerent whether in support of the Chilean dictator Pinochet, her opposition to sanctions against Apartheid South Africa; and her support for the Khmer Rouge. Here in Ireland her espousal of old draconian militaristic policies prolonged the war and caused great suffering." - Gerry Adams, President of Sinn Fein

"I say good riddance. She was a staunch supporter of the apartheid regime. She was part of the rightwing alliance with Ronald Reagan. In the end I sat with her in her office with Nelson Mandela in 1991. We knew she had no choice. Although she called us a terrorist organisation, she had to shake hands with a terrorist and sit down with a terrorist. So who won?" - Pallo Jordan of the ANC.

"Mrs. Thatcher was a powerful politician who will be remembered by many for the destructive and divisive policies she reigned over which in the end, even in the Tory party, proved to be her downfall. Her legacy involves the destruction of communities, the elevation of personal greed over social values and legitimizing the exploitation of the weak by the strong." - Paul Kenny, General Secretary of the GMB trade union

"She created today's housing crisis, she produced the banking crisis, she created the benefits crisis. She decided when she wrote off our manufacturing industry that she could live with two or three million unemployed and the legacy of that (is) the benefits bill that we are still struggling with today. In actual fact, every real problem we face today is the legacy of the fact she was fundamentally wrong." - Ken Livingstone, former Mayor of London

"How should we honour her? Let's privatise her funeral. Put it out to competitive tender and accept the cheapest bid. It's what she would have wanted." - Ken Loach, Film Director

"The coverage by the British media of Thatcher's death has been exclusively absorbed in Thatcher's canonization to such a censorial degree that we suddenly see the modern British establishment as an uncivilized entity of delusion, giving the cold shoulder to truth, and offering indescribable disgust to anyone unimpressed by Thatcher. Even to contest Thatcher's worth is termed "anarchist", and this source of insanity - intolerant of debate, is spearheaded by the BBC reporting not on how things actually are on British streets, but on how they would prefer things to be. For those of us who survived despite Thatcherism, and who recall Thatcher as a living hell, The Daily Mail and The Guardian have a steadfast message for us: You are nothing. Our thoughts are further burdened by the taunting extravagance of Thatcher's funeral; the ceremonial lavish, the military salute, stripping Thatcher's victims of everything, and rubbing salt in wounds with teasing relish." - Morrissey

"That is why no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party that inflicted those bitter experiences on me.

So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin. They condemned millions of first-class people to semi-starvation.

Now the Tories are pouring out money in propaganda of all sorts and are hoping by this organised sustained mass suggestion to eradicate from our minds all memory of what we went through.

But, I warn you young men and women, do not listen to what they are saying now.
Do not listen to the seductions of Lord Woolton. He is a very good salesman.
If you are selling shoddy stuff you have to be a good salesman.

But I warn you they have not changed, or if they have they are slightly worse than they were."
