It is my pleasure to welcome new members into the alliance. As a sign of our appreciation, he Bureau of Interregional Affairs has authorized the Soviet Engineers' Department of Raw Materials to deliver roughly 100 tons of iron ore to whatever smelting operations the Planning Bureaus of our three newest members would need such a load for, with an invitation to submit a request for more if needed. By stroke of luck, our technate is abundant in iron ore, with production of iron being a top diplomatic export. Many studies have shown iron ore deficits to be a large obstacle for new techates' within the alliance attempting to fully mechanize their industrial system.
We are especially grateful for the Technocratic Island States' generous opening of their equatorial launch site for alliance use, and admire this strategic use of the planet's rotation for its efficiency. As our technate does not overlap any equatorial areas, launching our missions from this site will save precious ergs, allowing a higher standard of life for our citizens. Innumerable thanks.
We shall be dispatching analysts soon to each of your technates upon acquiring proper clearance, so that we may review and integrate your technologies into our system, as well establish a link between our databases for your use.

We, the Bureau of Interregional Affairs at The Anarcho-Technate of Soviet Engineers, would like to extend a warm welcome to the Alliance's newest member, The Grand Chainlands of Jinwoy. As a material manifestation of this welcome, we are authorizing our Bureau of Planning to share all information regarding technological advances with the concerned agencies within said nation, and mobilizing 1 million square yards of concrete and 6,000 tons of steel so that our new neighbor may construct an Alliance embassy, an Office of Interregional Affairs, and an additional structure of their choosing.
