So, re-reading our constitution, my original plan for a senate and congress must be scrapped because..
Article II: Government
a. The ACA is to assign a World Assembly Delegate at all times, elected by the people.
b. All WA member-nations are obligated to endorse the specified delegate; however, doing so is not required.
c. The duties of the WA Delegate include, but are not limited to, passing and vetoing laws and representing the region in a positive image.
d. There will be three (3) congressmen elected for every fifteen nations in the region. If the regional population is at or below fifteen (15) nations at any given time, a minimum of three (3) congressmen is necessary.
e. The duties of congressmen include, but are not limited to, creating new laws and acting as spokespeople for the members of the region.
f. The founder is the highest member of the government hierarchy. He shall act as the ambassador of the region, and is the commander-in-chief of the military. He has a final decision on all legislation passed by congress and the delegate, though is not inclined to give an opinion on any particular issue. He may also delegate the responsibility of a general or ambassador to any civilian as he sees fit.
g. Congressmen shall serve terms of four (4) months, and may be elected at a maximum of three (3) times consecutively. The WA Delegate shall serve a term of six (6) months, and can be elected at a maximum of two (2) times consecutively.

Once NAP Practitioners become a member of the WA, we'll have to abide by any random laws they pass.
Some of their laws are likely to contradict the principle of non-initiation of violence.
Therefore, we cannot join WA.
Therefore, we are never going to be able to vote, or be elected in this region.
Not that I care about voting. I would probably express my opinions and suggestions in this forum, and in case of any major disagreement, we'll vote with our feet.

My platform would focus on both population growth through recruitment and conquest. Of course, all requests for war would be processed and thought over. Mine would also focus on a strong centralized government and defense force, with the government being the enforcer of law and justice, not the individual nations. Of course, independent nations would have more freedoms such as the right for suggesting poll requests, suggesting laws, and the REQUIRED law to report ANYTHING stirring in the region or any abuse/ stuff like dat. I would also focus on building up relations with outside regions ( I would appoint a nation to manage relations after they've been established). I would use those relations to make sure we would have support in war, support in peace, friends in the WA, and just plain friends in the NS community. In a sense, I would accomplish many things in short time (one election period) without drawing them out so that I can have another term. P.S. if people would like to form political parties and vote (like I would be the candidate for the Democratic Legalists and sense makers would be the candidate for the Founderists or something like that. ACA AND DRESDRIN FOR LIFE!!!!

So in a sense, the government would be strong, centralized, and legalist, but nations would have a lot of freedom.
