That is one bizarre image. I call photoshop on it as well. Still, bizarre.

I believe it may have been Gundumz I first served Toad Ass to in the pub, circa 2009. Gundumz was a frequent target of mine back then for crimes against Humanity. And for the Christmas stunt in 2010 when he deliberately set out to upset Christians on the forum, and succeeded. Then attempted to argue how an alloy can be pure. He was a slippery one that guy, oj!

If it's a shop it's a damn good one

Arkansas? Nope but not far from the border with MO though.

Ria, hope you find a new job quick like and without any hassle.

As far as odd foods go, I had cow tongue once. Twas rather tasty, if I may say so.

Look at this woman's beautiful hair. My hair don't look like that! I have been watching this chicks videos for the past two hours at least. I am mesmerized.

I wonder if Mr.Bungle will show up again

and chimichangas, ooh, that definitely needs to stay on the menu

You can't go wrong with chimichangas. One, they're tasty. Two, they come in different varieties. Three...come on, who doesn't like to say chimichanga? It's fun! Even if you don't like them, just saying "I don't like chimichangas" is a riot.

In regards to Mr. Bungle...well, I wish them the best in whatever it is they do. Beyond that, it has been said that if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.

" I don't like Chimichangas" a riot indeed!!

I cherish chomping on chili cheese chimichangas

Ooh, chili cheese chimichangas! I was watching something on food network last night. Philly beef chimichangas. Now that is a winning combination.

I've never had a chimichanga.. what is it?

In simplest of terms, it is a flour tortilla shell wrapped around a filling of meat, beans, and cheese (sometimes rice) and deep friend. If made properly, it is a fantastic culinary treat.

I'm not sure how you'd "deep friend" something...

Ah, yes. That would be when a friendship goes from being a general acquaintance to "We've been through some shyte".

In all seriousness, I really need to slow down when typing and talking. When I was talking to somebody at work, they asked me to slow down so they could hear every word I said. Typing is just as troublesome; unless autocorrect gives it the red squiggly line beneath it, I won't notice unless I read over it a couple of times.

We'll tell you when you're older.

For the record, I'm around 20 right now. I have a good idea.

Ah, around 20 years old. Where was I at that age? Hm, it was 2003 and I was actively serving in the US Army. That was a crazy year with everything going on in Afghanistan and then Iraq. Depending on who you asked on what day of the week the rumor would change as to where we were going. Being part of the first Stryker Brigade in US Army history meant that we could go to either place; it also meant the Department of Defense was dropping huge amounts of money into getting us ready complete with the first issue of the prototype ACUs that were the tri-color desert camouflage instead of the digital print that it would eventually become. By September, there was no more guessing or rumors about where we were going; Iraq is where we would be making history.

I still remember the night before I deployed. I spent weeks talking about how well prepared we were and how I would be courageous no matter what happened only to call my Dad and tell him that I was scared. The uncertainty of it all was horrifying, I was an adult old enough to serve my country but not to drink. Needless to say I've grown older and a little wiser; I question the decisions made behind the Iraq conflict but little else considering it is in the past. The funny thing is despite it being 12 years since then, it still feels like just a couple of years ago.

When I was a lad . . . *goes off on "back in my day" rant*!!

You do realize you are still not that old, right? ;)

You be quiet, if you're old then so am I, and we can't have that.

My lips are sealed!! :)

This is indeed my saddest day.

Tamatun entered the region sometime in October 2006 and immediately got involved with developing this once fledgling region. There's not an inch of this place nor its history that girl hasn't been part of.

Titles held by Tamatun at one time or another include Regional Ambassador, Regional Delegate, Regional Elder, Regional Forum Moderator and Regional Recruiter. For years and years, she has also been our Regional Matriarch alongside being the most dominant female presence within Absolution from our beginnings until recent months. There's been a great loss of reason, morality, resource fortitude and intelligence if you were to ask me.

She told me once it was I that had initially called her Tam and though she never made mention, I don't believe she actually liked it, yet accepted it nonetheless. For the past couple years I've done my utmost to address her properly out of respect and to some degree, out of conscience.

This young woman has made me laugh in fits. She's also upset me beyond belief at times, put trust in that, but has always stood directly to my right-side bringing me perspective and presenting me with options. For anyone to believe I had done anything on my own would be a falsehood.

The woman seriously stole every drop of my rum though, twice, not nice. Her willingness to get involved and to rouse regional involvement and participation especially during Zombie shake'n'bakes around here was second to none. There should be fireworks, Pirates, canon and song really for our mate Tam.

Now, this does present me as being just that much closer to being the largest nation-dude around here, doesn't it?

I have honestly been hoping that Tam was going to pull a Furious Grandmothers and return with a grand spectacle complete with ticker tape and streamers. Well, maybe now that grand of a spectacle but still a "Hey, I'm here". My interactions with her were limited, but the quality and content of those interactions were certainly worthwhile and definitely something to note. When she explained her position on something, or at least her understanding of a topic, she always seemed to convey it in a way that was very well thought out. Agree, disagree, or indifferent she always made a point to let you know where things stood.

I don't want to give up that maybe, just maybe, she'll pop up. I am not to keen on holding my breath, but I will be more than happy to keep a lamp lit in the darkness that has been left behind. Just in case...

Don't think you're the only ones I've neglected recently. Realised this week i said in June I'd read a friend' uni application. I did not do that.

And I'm sure I said I didn't like Tam because it's the nickname of an ex boyfriend. From like 9 years ago now.
