Looks like a mistaken identity in that region.
The difference between a warzone and a non-warzone region, is the bans are permanent here. Besides, this nation has not left this region in many many years, so banning me is pointless.

Business of the day: Today we are bouncing nations from their current holding region (all are seconds used to plot regions -- project status: finished) to either Puppet Holding Region Listed:
• Danmark (cap population of 101 nations has already been reached)
• Port Said (until population reaches 102 nations)
• Morocco (overflow population set to 103 nations)
• next region to be determined once all of these regions are capped out.
• South China Sea (only two letter nations will be moved here - cap set at 104 nations)
• Galapagos (HOME REGION- Population cap set at 105 nations)
0000 will be the Alliance bounce region for this project.
Might want to note that the following are passworded regions: Galapagos, South China Sea and the regions Morocco and the other one to be decided upon. Or at least they should be. Danmark and Port Said were promised to be kept open because they reset near the end of the reset period. To date, they have not used these two regions that we know of.
