Population is something of a multiplier, and you seem to be amongst the larger of the nations here. As one would logically expect, a country of five billion which devotes 15% of its resources to defense is stronger than a country of 750 million which spends 45%. And it may be a case of you sucking least. Population also amplifies negative results.
