Clearly Equestria's "tech" level is futuristic. My primary example is the cross-dimensional portal in EQG. One might point out that the mirror was just magic and didn't have much "tech" behind it, but I'd like to acknowledge that exploiting the laws of nature is pretty advanced. Type 5 at least.
