This proposal would liberate the region Haven. What's the problem with that, you say? Haven hasn't been invaded. This is a new raider tactic to force password protected regions to drop their password. Regions like Hell. I encourage everyone to take a look at this proposal and to vote AGAINST it when it comes to vote. A password is about the only defense a founderless region has against raiders.

I recommend voting against this resolution myself, for the reasons Fredd gives.
