Yea that's a dangerous precedent to set, i've seen similar resolution attempts like that. This one has gotten a particularly lot of attention, but I don't expect it to pass if it comes to vote. Historically Nazi Europe is the only region that had a liberation resolution passed to forcefully remove the password, and even that got repealed eventually. No way I see the WA passing this.
