Yeah, they are trying to predict who will commit murder. Considering how often the state wrongfully convicts innocent people of murder after the murder has already occurred, there are all sorts of problems with that.

New Jersey in general is pretty nice. Newark and Camden are not representative of it.

Neither is Alpine, but Alpine is hawt.
