If you want to have a real impact on the region, you'd need to get involved on our forums (Register an account, validate said account once you get the email, apply for citizenship). I'm not being snobby; 98% of everything that happens in this game happens on a region's forums (hence why most prominent regions have active forums), 1% happens on the NS forums themselves, and the final 1% is the actual game (issue answering, mainly).
